  • Welcome to a peaceful retreat tucked into one of Colorado Springs’ most loved neighborhoods. Just down the road from the historic Broadmoor and minutes from downtown, this one-bedroom cottage offers a quiet place to land after days spent exploring the mountains.

    Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, thoughtfully furnished space. The bedroom includes a king-sized bed designed for deep, restful sleep. The bathroom has a tub-shower combo, giving you options whether you want to recharge with a quick rinse or soak after a long hike.

    This home is one of two on the property and has its own private entrance and dedicated parking. It’s an easy, low-key setup so you can settle in and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
