Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy s south gate, 15 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from Park, movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Two bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a 60 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

As like our last stay 2 years ago, our visit in December was perfect. Chad is a perfect host. Immediate replies to questions was very welcomed (included a last minute trip change that Chad accommodated). The house was warm, cozy and welcoming (and is always very well-stocked). All of the furniture is updated and very comfortable. When you stay at this "Cozy House All To Yourself", it really is like staying at your "Home Away From Home" in Colorado. Thank you Chad for your hospitality. Our family will be back!

The house was nice and cozy and the beds were comfortable. The showers were hot and honestly it was excellent all around. There were fruit snacks (which my kids enjoyed so thank you) and other snacks and they were appreciated after a 11hr drive from Dallas. The outside had a great fenced backyard do my little Pomeranians and the outside furniture added an excellent spot to sit and drink coffee. We stay in Colorado frequently and we’d definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed at Chad's house while visiting relatives this month. We have stayed here before and even planned our travel to Colorado Springs when Chad's house was available. We have stayed in many homes all over the country and overseas over the years and by far this is our favorite in Colorado. The house is super clean and he always has lots of amenities. Chad is easy to communicate with. The house is convenient to all of the main roads to go see the sights and the neighborhood is super quiet. If you are looking for a place to stay in Colorado Springs this is it. You won't regret it!

We enjoyed the house so very much!!! It was a beautiful house!!! The patio was amazing!!! And the little extra touches where truly appreciated!!! The grandson loved having a treat waiting for him!!! We will return again!!! We have stayed at many places and this was the best!!! I debated on leaving the review out of fear it will be booked when we want it! But it's worth the wait!!!
