Their wording on their emails and postings say they care and are accommodating but this was the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a property manager. "The location is great! Beautiful keystone lake with paddle boards and restaurants. Hiking and biking trails right there. Shuttle to River Run is very convenient. Dog friendly rooms and common areas very nice. Staff exceptional so friendly and helpful. The building and rooms need updating it’s an aged facility that needs some TLC! Although spacious and comfortable needs paint, trim and new furniture badly!"
