“Staff went out of their way to make our short overnight stay enjoyable. Beautiful patio/deck to enjoy, coffee in room, snacks offered upon arrival & a coffee card with $15 value for local bakery!”

“Room was great. Clean, with a comfy king bed, big screen smart TV, and a big bathroom with a nice shower. The breakfast was fantastic. Only negative was that the whole building was very very warm without it being hot outside (15c outside in June). It had an air conditioner unit in the room that blew cold, but it was very loud. Needed it running constantly otherwise the room heated up very fast from the rest of the building. Bring ear plugs and you'll be fine.”

“The two rooms we first entered stunk of heavy air deodorant and the other of cigarette smoke. We had to change rooms two times before we found a room that didn’t have a gross smell. I would not recommend.”

“Unfortunately wasn’t able to find it before I passed it. Couldn’t turn around because of cement barrier on highway. Programmed into phone but terrible cell service so I drove to red deer instead ”

“Great cozy lodge! The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was provided. The entire felt historic, rooms were cozy, and the views you get from the rooms and the breakfast dining room was amazing. Parking was slightly uneasy as there wasn’t markings outside of the lodge, during peak or busy summer times, if all the rooms are occupied, be prepared that the parking space outside he property will all be occupied too. Driving into the lodge was a long 80km/h road……

“The room we booked was not as advertised. The listing was for a king bed + sofa bed, however upon arrival we were informed there was no sofa bed and the room only had 1 king bed. Floor in the room was sticky.”

“The people at the front desk were nice and offered discounts to the hotsprings and a restaurant. Our assigned parking spot was being used by other people as a party area and the manager did not ask them to move and had to park by the road. When we entered the suite is smelt badly of smoke and the the carpet had stains all over it and there were several bugs that were scurrying around the floor. We arrived late and tried to make it work but could not imagine trying to sleep in this unit. We……
