"The room is clean with new appliances and nice towels. It is right on High St, across from campus, and I booked it because it is within walking distance of my daughter's college rental house. I loved waking up and walking to any number of coffee shops and breakfast spots. Walking home from the bars and restaurants is a plus too. Saved me from needing a rental car. This was exactly what I wanted and the price was great. The owner is very communicative as well. I would definitely book it...
