"My husband and I made a last minute trip up to Denver and found this lovely place. It was clean, well kept and in a great neighborhood. The owner was responsive to questions yet gave us complete privacy. It had a great little yard that the dog loved and we walked to sandwich shops, grocery stores and more. I highly recommend Julio's for breakfast. Watch your head at the top of the stairs! We hope to return for another stay."

"This place was perfect for our small family. We appreciated the modern upgrades and thoughtful touches including child safety locks and plates. It was very clean. The location itself is great, a nice walk to many restaurants & a grocery store. You’re also 15 mins from downtown & will beat a lot of traffic to the mountains starting out west of Denver. "

"This rental was a last minute decision. There were no reviews and we took a chance. We were not disappointed!! The house was very lovely and immaculate. We had room to spread out. Had it been a little warmer, we would have enjoyed the outdoor spaces. This home is in a lovely neighborhood just a block or two from city Park. So it was a great to take walks. I think the only negative thing I can think of is I would've preferred a regular coffee pot because the Nespresso is just not my favorite kind...

"This was such a relaxing and quiet place to return to after a busy day with relatives for Christmas. The beds were comfy and the space was warm and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful appointments throughout, like the stained glass and the gorgeous pottery coffee mugs. Delightful space!"

"This was our first time with VRBO and it couldn’t have gone better. Leslie is a very conscientious host who immediately answered questions since we were new to the neighborhood. The 1886 styled ‘cabin’ was nicely furnished with the basic conveniences of modern living including temp control for Winter and Summer. Comfy beds and nice-to-have closets. We adapted to small bedrooms & bath. Might be problematic if more than three adults for long term. Loved the gas stove used almost daily. Quiet...

"The good: quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Good appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. Comfortable furniture, very roomy. Good Wi-fi. Very simple to get to Ball Arena. The not so good: Parking is not good! Our party had 2 vehicles. There is a very small concrete pad to park on but the garbarge/recycle totes are in front of it so it's not easily accessible and it's not really even big enough for 1 vehicle let alone 2. Instructions say...
