“fantastic place to stay in Nuneaton very homely ”

“Everything you need in a b and b, we had a kettle and mini fridge in the room however take your own bowl and spoon if you want cereal in your room! Clean, comfy bed and convenient for visiting family in Nuneaton . Didnt use room service or visit restaurant.”

“We had a 3 course mel which was worthy of a michelin star restaurant, with the cost being more than reasonable, the only issue was the toilet systen ran all the time which kept me awake, the room was clean and a good size, tea and coffee facilities onsite all good”

“Staff care and friendliness. Lovely breakfast. Brilliant facilities and in beautiful surroundings. There were two of us in a double room and We would have liked two towels. There was only one. Apart from that we would highly recommend. ”

“Arrived after 9pm Reception was amazing booked in and key in hand within minutes Clear directions to room and breakfast times etc Room was clean and inviting Bed was very comfortable great night sleep Breakfast buffet had a wide range of options The full English breakfast was fresh and the whole area was clean Check out was easy and quick All the staff were great with lovely smiles throughout stay”

“Great welcome at reception. Accessible room allocated as requested. In my opinion, there is a design flaw in the bathroom, as the 'accessible' toilet is positioned too low to be accessible and is too close to the hand basin. The shower was more of a trickle than a shower, albeit hot, and I've had worse showers, so it's not worth complaining about, just an observation. We ate at the restaurant in the evening - a very pleasant experience with attentive staff. Sadly, the same could not be said……
