"Stayed here for one night with family. Overall a lovely place, but a few minor issues. There is an extra charge for swimming facilities unless you book directly. At £10 per person, including children over 6, this proved expensive for a half hour swim to entertain the children. The pool was also too cold to take our 7 month old in for very long. We had a junior suite, which provided ample space for myself and 2 children. Unfortunately there was no cot available when asked at check-in. The receptionist mentioned another family had already asked and she was trying to source one for them so seems like they don't have a great supply of these. The restaurant was pretty good, nice food and reasonable prices, but a little slow on service and only opened at 6pm so we were there quite late with small children. They also had 4 EV charging spaces, which were all available when we stayed."

"Most things were excellent except for the booking system. The hotel website had a phone number but no email! When the phone number was called we were asked what we wanted before being referred to just 1 of 2 options, with no chance of talking to a person. The phone would continue ringing for a little while before timing out. We were given no chance of leaving a message or to ask for a call back. We had to cancel our original booking in order to rebook using a different 3rd party website which then enabled us to leave a message."

"The bungalows location was great for me visiting family and being so close to town was perfect. Loved having an off road parking spot in an otherwise very busy street. There was plenty of room for myself and my Mum and daughter and it allowed us to have family from the area to visit for dinner one night which was great. "

"A characterful converted cow shed with roof beams, but decorated in a modern way with all you need, and a free jug of milk.The bed was comfortable, and there was a wet room shower.I could not see any way to open a window, which I would have liked, and the Wifi only worked in half the room, which I mentioned to the owner.We were welcomed and again had goodbye said to us as we left, which was friendly.We prefer a separate bed room as one of us gets up very early, but it was OK for one night.A pleasant spot with a good atmosphere."
