"We loved our stay at Byron‘s place. It’s right around the corner from a coffee shop and a couple of really good breakfast places. It’s an easy walk to Journal Square to take the path to New York City. Byron gave clear directions on how to enter the property, and the place was spotless and clutter free. "My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!"

"We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken."

"The property was better than the pictures. So clean, very welcoming. The wi-fi worked well, neds were comfortable. Easy in and out. I was the only one whom had difficulty with the stairs. So if you are disabled in any way tjis property is not for you. There are a small flight of stairs to access the apartment and another flight to get in the apartment. We were able to park the vehicle which is AWESOME!! I was able to Doordash needed items. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. Simply...

"John was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. It was a large and eclectic loft. The shower/tub upstairs was a little "unique", however the water was hot and constant. The kitchen had all the essentials. We travelled into Manhattan and it was a nearby bus stop and direct to the main Port Authority terminal. (25 minutes)."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

"The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all basic amenities from kitchenware to toiletries. It has a very cabin-y feel and definitely made every one in the group feel at home. We didn't feel very safe at night in the area, outside the apartment though. Apartment itself does feel secure and we didn't actually witness anything shady happen. But if you're travelling with family, I'd recommend staying alert."

"Overall had a nice stay at this apartment. Here are a few inaccuracies, though, that made a difference for my family: the listing says first floor but this is on the 3rd floor, there was no coffee maker, and there was no twin futon (only two loveseat couches). Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests for 3 nights. Otherwise the apartment was clean and spacious and had most other amenities you would need! Neighborhood was great and there was lots of parking available."

"Offering a fantastic view of the New York skyline from New Jersey, the easy bus links allowed us to see the city, augmented with the occasional Lyft and Uber. The communication with the host was great, and he was very flexible with arrangements. The stairs only access to the property was not ideal but really not a great problem, seeing how New York involves a lot of walking anyway. In the area, id really recommend a trip to the massive American Dream Mall which has a built in theme park and...

"Overall we had a good experience with our stay. The house was clean and well furnished. The owner was very friends and was quick to offer help and dinner suggestions(Brooklyn Pizza was great by the way). I do have a few small gripes. Would have liked to have more towels/wash cloths and a baking sheet or 2 so the over could be used. Also would have like to be able to control the thermostat. Overall a great experience and would stay again if I were in the area."

"Mislead on the second bedroom and bathroom! Lost communications with host towards middle to end of stay. We booked a 3 week stay for business. This trip was for business not pleasure and was extremely inconvenienced throughout the entire stay. Looking to be compensated for the 2nd half of our stay and we also checked out 2 days early."

"False advertising , the room is not clean no sheets odor tge pull out bed, no where in the advertisement it said share bathroom, plus the owner walks over you to use the restroom not safe at all. Bathroom is dirty, pleased do not rent the property "
