“Iit was very clean staff was very nice and helpful would stay again”

“Rooms look like a motel instead of a hotel, be mindful to keep your things off the floor, as soon as we got in the room here comes a spider and critters traveling around on the a blinds. The room also has a smell of mildew and rooms across the hall had signs that were unsafe for a person to stay in as well as hallway had a strong smell of fire smoke.”

“The pictures online are a clear case of false advertising. I was scared to get out of my car. Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways. But once I opened the room door I knew for sure there was no way I could have stayed there. Bathroom window was broken and the beds looked like a tarp and……

“The man who checked us in was incredibly rude. We felt very unsafe. At 11:30 pm someone was repeatedly knocking on our door asking us if his wallet was in our room. The fridge, sink and shower were in poor shape. The two little cloths they provide could not be called bath towels. It was our worst motel experience. ”

“We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.”

“We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I did like that they gave you a choice of different types of pillows. The shower however was a joke. The shower head was so low my husband had to bend down to get under it I am 5'4 and I barley fit under it as well. There was NO shower pressure at all. The a/c unit was extremely loud which was a good thing because it drowned out the noise of people partying in the parking lot. Breakfast was decent……

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Shuttle service provided was terrific. Driver David very friendly and attentive. Had a personal pillow removed by cleaning staff that was not addressed or returned which was disappointing. Had a car for transportation otherwise quite a distance from main attractions of Myrtle beach. Hotel quiet. Elevators often had lengthy wait times to get to your room.”

“Only enough coffee in room for one morning, not replenished. Coffee pot style required unique pods , difficult to use coffee we brought. Access to beach very good. Parking limited near room, needed to park in lot across street. Daily replenishment of fresh towels and empty trash was very good.”
