「The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. 」

「Loved the balcony offering view over the surrounding countryside . Room immaculate and bed comfortable. Staff always friendly and helpful. Found too many ares given over to dogs , I have owned dogs myself however most definitely do not approve of them one areas serving food .」

「Check in was really easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room looked out towards the castle and was beautifully decorated and spotless. The hotel is very central and long stay parking is just a few minutes walk away. The evening meal was delicious and the pub had a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was included and again was really good. Check out was nice and easy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here 」

「服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。」

「A friendly welcome from the host. He went out of his way to book us an alternative evening meal and taxi as the restaurant was booked up that day. Room was as expected. Breakfast was good and a good choice available all with friendly service. 」
