「The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff really connected. Daniel, Mathias and Flora at the front desk really go out of their way to connect with guests and always have a smile on their faces. This was our second stay at the Windsor Excelsior and we are looking forward to coming back next year. 」

「The location is amazing, few meters from the Copacabana beach. We got lucky to get a room with views of the beach and Christ the redeemer. The staff were helpful and the breakfast tasty. They have great caipirinhas. The swimming pool is on the roof top and provides perfect spots for pictures. 」
