「I stayed for 2 nights but was charged 3 nights. And still didn't get refund of the extra charged night 1 week after check out. The sofa bed is almost impossible to use and the springs are nearly not functioning 」

「Giancarlo and Lorraine are wonderful hosts! This was my first experience staying at a B&B and it was a pleasurable experience. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was unsurpassed. Breakfast was delicious every morning and its location being close to "down town" Millbrook for dining options was very convenient. 」

「The room was clean and tidy and the owners were friendly. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the overall stay. First, the room smelled like cats which could be because there were three cat carriers in the closet. Second, the electrical outlets seemed improperly installed and did not easily work with the various chargers we needed to charge. Third, the photo used to identify the site was taken in a part of the house that we as guests did not even have access to so it seemed...

「We had a great stay up and away from Rt 9. Lynn made us feel right at home. We started each day with the coffee perc she setup for before us (a feat: we wake up early). The golden spud cafe being right down the road was quite nice to have access to.」

「The property was pretty run down. It was also infested with ants, way beyond what one would find in a house in the woods. The bathtub was full of large ants which were also all over the curtains and sofa. The house felt very stuffy and our nanny who suffers from asthma was having a very hard time because of it (felt like mold). 「This house is lovely and has everything we need for a weekend stay. Nice kitchen to relax and make dinner. Great bedrooms for sleeping and luxurious towels aftre the hot shower. Clean, quiet and comfortable.」
