Das Haus war mehrere Monate (oder Jahre) nicht bewohnt. Schon bei Ankunft war muffiger modriger Geruch in den Räumen, noch schlimmer und stärker in allen Schränken. An allen Fenstern der Bäder und Schlafzimmer fehlte die Gaze, die Mücken waren unerträglich. Im Erdgeschoss waren Ameisen in allen Zimmern. Der Fernseher ging überhaupt nicht, das WLAN war von äußerst schlechter Qualität. In einem Badezimmer fehlte die Duschtür komplett. Die Tochter vom Besitzer hat sich alles angeschaut, geändert wurde nichts. Positiv war der schöne und saubere Pool.
