During a public transportation strike, they went out of their way to help us navigate the city. We were there for our wedding and honeymoon photos, and when taxis refused to take us for such a short distance while my wife was in her wedding dress, the staff stepped in without hesitation. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.”
