「Very authentically Jamaican. You are not staying at a high end secluded resort, you are staying with Jamaicans. The food is authentically Jamaican, the entertainment is Jamaican. The beach was great, service was great (Taniki, Loretta, and Donovan). Comfortable and clean.」

「Very clean throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and respectful. The food at all four restaurants and the café was excellent—fresh with a great variety. The only downside was the pool water, which had a bitter, unusual taste—I couldn’t quite tell what it was (it didn’t seem like salt or chlorine).」

「The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really...
