“Our room has the best view looking out to the beautiful Gyllngvase Beach and it is just around 8 mins walk to it. Nice breakfast and staff, room is clean and have everything you need. Town centre is also within walking distance.”

“Bit of a mix up with the bill when checking out but sorted quickly by the night manager. Restaurant service was slow especially if busy, staff were great . Spa was good. Would definitely stay again”

“I spent 3 nights for work, the location is amazing, the hotel is old but in a good condition and clean The staff were terrible, the lady who did the check in was not bad, but others were not friendly at all when I go in or out saying hi they either do not answer back or just a cold hi in return The lady who did the check out was very bad ,I came and said : good morning I want to check out,, she didn’t look at my face, didn’t say good morning, jut : room number? “The location and the staff”

“It was our dream to visit St.Ives all the way from Japan and we decided to stay at this hotel which reached to our expectation. The quality and atmosphere of the room over looking the beach was impressive. The room and every corner of the hotel was taken care accurately and neatly with the a kind of pride and affection of the owner and staffs. The breakfast was not gorgeous like a modern 5 star hotel, but it was good enough to enjoy the touch of a fresh morning in England. We would love to come……
