「We travelled in a group of seven and stayed in Artist Residence for three nights in The Cottage and a double room. The Cottage was fantasy and comfy for family, it had three bedrooms and accomodate for 6 people. The design is amazing! We can even cook for dinner and breakfast in The Cottage.」

「We had 6 days at Beechwood House. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable of the areas, suggesting places to visit that we didn't know about. Our first impressions when we entered the room was how clean it was. The countertop fridge was well stocked and topped up every day. We'd definitely recommend Beechwood House. 」

「Good convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed. Jackie was helpful & very welcoming. There is public car park next to property so it can be a bit noisy from the road but it didn't troubled me much. I would recommend this guest house and happily book again if I travel to Newquay again.」

「Nice area to stay if you want to be close to carbis bay beach and st. ives. Excellent bed and bedding, we enjoyed the countryside view, end quietness. although the cows woke us up one morning 😊. More than helpful Lorena responded very quickly and sufficiently. Hairdryer was one love. There was no hob which I needed, but maybe it’s ok as if someone will fry meal the room could get sticky with fat 😅 Good value for money. We can return. Highly recommended. 」

「The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again.」

「This property is set in beautiful grounds and was very peaceful. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The continental breakfast, fruit, tea & coffee and other provisions in the room were more than ample. All in all, great value and would thoroughly recommend. Would just mention that location of property in at the top of a steep hill.」

「A lovely B & B opposite the golf course. We had a decent size room at the front, with a good bed, shower in a room decorated to a very good standard, The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Parking is limited to 2 hours between 9 to 6.」

「Beautiful accommodation with lovely gardens you can use. They couldn't have been more lovely. It was a useful base for the Eden project concert we were going to and the lost gardens of Heligan.」
