「The Lodge was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was large. We loved having the restaurant available to us, especially since all other eating establishments closed very early, and the food was good. We enjoyed the outside patio and the location was perfect for us. We would definitively stay there again next time we visit Mount Lemon.」

「On Google Maps, it shows there is a restaurant and bar on the property...not true. There is a bar and kinda restaurant across the street, but it is pretty poor and closes at 7:30. There is safe in the room, but it wouldn't open...staff came and opened it, but then it wouldn't lock...and, the staff said they take the batteries out of the safe...well duh, they are DESIGNED to operate WITH batteries. The so called breakfast was catered and you can't tell the scrambled eggs from the omelet...one...

「Loved the cook to order breakfast, service was great. This is the first time we've stayed in the newer renovated rooms located across the parking lot from the original Sunset Inn. I'm currently using a walker and requested a 1st floor room and this is where we ended up. The room isn't as nice and lacks a telephone. I'll request 1st floor original section next time we stay here. BTW the distance from our room to the breakfast area is quite a hike using a walker, we drove.」

「Rooms are pretty run down. The tile in our room was broken in a few spots, they moved up and down when you walked on them.」

「We've already decided that this will be our hotel of choice while visiting Tucson. Our stays have been very comfortable. Staff has been very courteous and professional and have helped us when we've decided to continue our stay.」

「Non staffed after 5 pm. Bed was comfortable but very squeaky every time you got in and out so woke up each other during the night. Updated wall air conditioning but was placed right over the bed and froze all night even with a comforter. Breakfast was self serve continental style although there was plenty to eat.」
