The Gulf-side balcony overlooks the beach with a sweeping view of the Gulf. This view reaches the ship channel at the east end of Port Aransas which carries traffic into and from Aransas Pass and Corpus Christi Bay. This balcony stretches the length of the condo with ample furniture to sit, relax and enjoy the view.
This spacious second-floor penthouse was remodeled as a primary residence. The master bedroom, dining room all have large sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico.
A well-appointed kitchen Including a ceramic cook surface, Corian sinks and countertops and lots of space to enjoy preparing meals or snacks.
