It was a good experience and I would so undoubtedly we would return if the beds were better. My daughter was on an upper bunk and she could feels the springs pushing on her. The queens bed are rather uncomfortable too. This condo was very well done but they need ceiling fans and more lights in the bedrooms. There are just desk lamps in one room. Padre Escapes is a good management co. Our toilet clogged while we were there and maintenance was there within the hour. Overall good stay!

Great stay!
This is an old property but this unit is updated and modern. 5 min drive to the beach and there are plenty of fish to be caught from the backyard. We enjoyed it very much!

Great place to stay!
Super clean, AC was fantastic, great views, neighbors were friendly, parking was easy and felt safe. We’ve stayed at tons of other places and this is our favorite! We will definitely be back!!

This our 3rd time staying there. Had a great time relaxing.
Only issue is the guest bedroom stays warm. Ceiling fan way to small. Block out curtains would be great. Other than that the place is awesome!

Great stay!
Great for what we needed; a little crash pad with fishing off the back dock, great view, and halfway between beach and town (as we were there for state swim meet). Property was clean, check in via text was super easy, and all worked great. The beds are a little soft and 'crunchy' due to plastic encasement, and the fridge had a loud 'noise' every time you opened it from a sticky substance towards the bottom of it - but those are minor things.

Mostly Great Stay
We were really enjoying the property until the last morning when there was a scheduled 4-hour power outage that was not communicated to us. Being without power (and therefore without air conditioning) for 4 hours with a small child and an infant was not ideal — our toddler overheated during the night and became ill because of it. I was able to determine what was going on by calling the outside-business-hours line and was told the outage would end at 8 am, but it didn’t turn back on until 8:30. When I tried calling during business hours, I could not reach ANYONE via the phone number provided. Other than this very inconvenient hiccup, the property was great - beautiful view, clean environment, fabulous location that is near just about everything you might need, cool personal dock that was great for fishing, etc.
