Amazing place

The house was wonderful. The couch was absolutely awful! If they replace the living room furniture we would rent every year. Great amenities. Pools were wonderful. Staff was great.

I highly recommend this beautiful home. It met our family of 8 needs perfectly and was conveniently located near the pools and the beach. I would definitely choose this home again. My only issue is I wish each bedroom had its own bathroom. Two rooms share a bathroom.

Loved our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. The house was especially clean and nicely accommodated our group of 8. Beautiful furnishings, furniture, and amenities. And the location can't be beat; it's right next to the beach bridge, and just a 1/2 min walk to the Oasis pool and restaurants. The only things that could be improved are: --offer a larger living room sofa (it was tiny); there are 2 additional armchairs in the living room, but the couch + chairs only can seat 4 people. I would recommend replacing it with a sectional so that at least 8 people can sit comfortably in the living room. --offer (real) glass wine glasses and champagne flutes; the only wine glasses provided were plastic --offer more outdoor seating on the 2nd floor decks (front & back); we had to move the seating back and forth between decks --only the master bedroom and 3rd floor kids' room have ensuite bathrooms; the other king bedroom and queen bedroom have to share a bathroom. Besides the minor suggestions above, the house was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back to Palmilla no doubt!

Great stay!

This house had a well stocked kitchen, anything you could need to cook with or serve with was in this kitchen. Lots of room for our 7 adults and 2 babies. The location is great close to the boardwalk to the beach and the pool. The resort amenities are a nice addition.
