「This small Motel is a reasonable place to stay in San Clemente. The Owner is on property and extremely kind and accommodating. The room is quite small but doable for a couple. Loved the outdoor area with a picnic table and a small couch with side tables」

「My wife and I had an excellent 2-night stay in unit 3 while visiting San Clemente for our nephew's HS graduation. The unit was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and well appointed. The view and sounds of the surf breaking on the beach was loved. The one and only nuisance was the beach campfire smoke that would blow in with the onshore breeze each night from around 7 to 10:30pm. Since we have some breathing sensitivities, we ended closing up the unit and spent our time off-site during that...

「I contacted the property to let them know the reservation was not placed/ I didnt make it. Crickets. Come to find out, there is no reception/lobby/ anyone on the property and is non refundable. Expedia forwarded and email and havent heard since. Expedia is also 0/10. No help at all!」

「I really wanted to love this place. It is just steps away from my favorite beach. Between buckling flooring and holes in the cabinets it’s just felt run down. The beds and rooms were clean but it needs some work. Parking was also an issue if you have anything other than a small car you will not fit in the parking garage which is a block away. Again I wanted to love it but we were disappointed.」

「Honestly can’t find a better bang for your buck around this area. Sheets were dirty but I just went to the front desk and asked for new sheets, staff are really friendly. Walking distance to the bars and beach. Perfect for a young group of friends who just need a place to stay or even a young couple who don’t want to damage their bank account. No bugs, no homeless people. My room was great other than the bed sheets. Cheap, close to a lot of things.」
