"The apartment was great. The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. I was very close to reporting the property as a scam and re-booking because the key did not come into the app. It was only when I saw an email from the apartment that I found out the need to pay the damage deposit for the key to then be released."

"The air conditioning is the best. The room was mostly clean and extremely comfortable. Facilities in the room are always excellent. There's good bathroom facilities and lots of room. These family rooms are absolutely fabulous. Great offers, easily accessible from the town. A lovely quiet hotel. There are downstairs bars and restaurant but we didnt use them. However they seem comfortable, clean and welcoming "

"I didnt know what to expect, cos of the mixed nature of previous review. However, I was surprised. The hotel is old, obviously but they have done their best to keep it clean and tidy. The hallway to my floor was a bit dank, but it could be due to anything. The room however was very clean, comfortable I dare say. The rug could be changed but it was not an irritation. Everything you need for a basic room was there, including an Iron. So yes, I was surprised. "

"This studio apartment near Coventry Cathedral is a rare gem. The location is outstanding—it’s the closest you can stay to the cathedral. The space was clean and well-kept, with a compact but functional kitchen. The price was very reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again!"
