"Upon arriving at the property, curb appeal was a little lacking. However, never judge a book by its cover. When we got inside, the hotel was clean, well appointed, and the amenities were all there. The morning breakfast was good. Plenty of variety to make everyone happy. I have to say the most impressive part of the stay was Shane at the front desk. He was very personable and he was a tremendous help at check in. The location is ideal if you are traveling into downtown Pittsburgh. I would definitely stay there again."

"Absolutely beautiful property! Very clean. Loved the tall ceilings and the light in the room. Nice way to stay in downtown Pittsburgh to experience the city. Check in process was a little confusing. We were waiting for a code to check in that never came so we went to the front desk instead. The front desk staff was really helpful and got us all set."
