「Our experience was great with this property. Everything was as advertised. The hosts responded to our requests in a timely manner. Our only request would be to have a few more sitting options in the game room maybe some bean bag chairs, etc.The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. If we visit the area in the future we would defiantly stay in this home again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.」

「Had a great stay. Host was very accommodating and very responsive. We are very happy. Price was great.」

「Garrett was a great host, with excellent, easy communication! This house has lots of space to spread out with a small group and comfortably sleeps 7. On-street parking was always available in front of the house and it was a lovely walkable neighborhood, with restaurants, an ice-cream shop and views! It was an easy drive into the city.」

「The house was very cool place - lots of interesting touches, very clean and had everything we needed. The host was so easy to communicate with and provided very clear instructions, which was very important regarding the parking. The location was also perfect - easy walking distance to PNC Park, the River Trail and other landmarks. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit!!」

「Very clean and spacious. Steep stairs go up to the primary bedroom. Both beds were very comfortable. Parking is on one side of the street and pretty full but doable. Nice pressure in the shower!」

「Everything was absolutely perfect, the host was quick to answer and address all issues (also have a telephone hotline that's available if needed), the property was amazing and the location was great as well.」

「I stayed at the property with two teenage sons and wife while we went to visit colleges on a long weekend. The property was perfect for our family of four due to the price and location. We drove most places, but you could walk to some of the popular places. I would recommend that families with younger kids look for alternatives. There was a lot of noise due to the people going to the bars on Carson Street. I would definitely return with a group of friends or other adults. Chad was responsive to...

「Unfortunate circumstances brought us, “back home” to Pittsburgh. I booked this while driving from TN and the process was very simple. Chad was an excellent host and incredibly responsive and kind. The house was absolutely amazing. I am a clean freak and typically clean our rentals before settling in. First time ever - I had NOTHING to clean. With our urgency in leaving TN to get to PA - I didn’t pack many of the things we usually do when staying at a rental…TP, trash bags, dish detergent, etc....

「The property gorgeous and well appointed. The main issue for not getting 5 stars is the door entry system was not functional upon arrival. The host did fix, but I found frustrating. It is definitely an urban space with a bus stop in front and a busy street. Id stay again if in town.」

「everything was wonderful!」

「As advertised, seemless check in and out. Close to everything in the city. Perfect for the bachelor party weekend in the burgh! 」

「Great place. Parking a bit of a pain, but everything was perfect.」
