"This hotel was amazing! We were the only guests and they let us check in early and check out late which made our trip so much smoother. Lauren was incredibly helpful and left me a wonderful note. I can’t say enough about the view! We had our own seating area on the upper floor and we could watch the ocean and sea birds endlessly. I got up early and walked right across the street to have my breakfast and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Couldn’t have been a better stay! Highly recommend! Hope to stay again. "

"Stayed here in 2023 and found it worked very well for my family of 9 siblings all age 70 or better. We are now sadly down to 8 with the loss of our eldest sister. The house was a wonderful place to gather to celebrate her life and to remember with love those moments when we were last able to spend time with her. As with our last stay the hosts were great and very responsive to all our needs. Also the kitchen renovation done since our last stay opens up the first floor vastly improving the flow of the space for an extended family gathering. The views and now the memories of our gatherings here are truly priceless. "

"Warm and cozy home away from home! Beaches and restaurants are plentiful and nearby! Charming decor throughout the spacious house! Long dining table and other furniture out on the screened porch offer beautiful views of the bird-filled woods and Simmons Pond! Laps around the pond in the provided canoe offer chances for fishing and foliage filming in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed our time here immensely!"
