"The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a lovely view looking out to the ocean. The furnishings are comfortable with plenty of seating and eating areas. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware and appliances. The only negative was a lack of a garage disposal. The house could use a few repairs such as a broken screen door, sliding door blinds in the primary bedroom and a wonky lamp. We also had to deal with a window leak during a heavy rain storm. Unfortunately the dryer was broken during our stay. Deborah offered to pay for a laundry service, but the hassle of that wasn’t something we wanted to deal with on our vacation. The dryer was repaired, but only at the very end of our stay because they were waiting for a part. The primary bedroom is large and the view from it and attached balcony beautiful. The bath is also large with plenty of towels and amenities. The second bedroom and bath are much smaller with limited closet and storage space for belongings. That room also has a beautiful view. I did feel like the other couple on our trip got the shorter end of the stick with that room. Although comfortable, it didn’t compare to the primary and it was reached by going up a steep staircase. They did buy nightlights to aid in getting to the bathroom at night. We did not use the family bedroom on the third floor. Overall we had a wonderful trip to the Cape and enjoyed our proximity to the ferry to Nantucket and other towns on the Cape."

"This house was amazing! It was right across the street from the beach so less than a minute to walk out the door and be out on the sand! There were two restaurants that were right down the street from the house that we could easily walk to (The Barnacle and Fruit and Flavor). They were great spots for any meal of the day. Our group had 3 families (11 people total) and there was so much space. We didn’t even use one of the beds. Just a heads up - units A, C, and D all had direct indoor access to the main shared living space. Unit B was upstairs and the private entrance to that unit was only accessible by going outside. All units do have separate entrances as well. We were so comfortable with 3 families and we could have easily added another smaller family to the group. The place was clean and well maintained with so much cape cod charm. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The price was right, and the location right across from the beach can't be beat. We did notice the spongy livingroom floor another reviewer commented on. Didn't cause us an issue but the property owner may want to investigate before a foot goes through. Notes for future travelers, the Air conditioning is one small window unit in the living room (that also could use a good cleaning). This means if you like A/C while you sleep you will need to leave the bedroom doors open at night. Not great if you want privacy, someone snores, or don't want the early riser in the crew to wake the whole house.Plenty of towels, TP, etc, but we didn't see any any hand soap so you may want to pick some up.The grill in the backyard works but doesn't light. I purchased and left a grill lighter there for future vacationers so it could be used.The back yard outdoor shower is shared between both units so make sure to take your items back in once done.The shed is FULL of beach chairs. We brought our own but realized after this wasn't necessary.Most of this is minor so again we very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."
