“We had a few minor problems on arrival, which are charming host sorted quickly. The house and location are stunning. It is close to the beach, various eateries and a Post Office/ local store.The steps up to the house were challenging, but worth the effort. All the rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. And it was wonderfully quiet at night. We hope to return.”

“Fantastic location, plenty of parking, everything you need (home from home) However the property is tired and needs some tlc. The garden is overgrown and the hedges are unkept which obstruct the sea views. Overall I would definitely recommend the property. ”

“Lovely, modern, spacious apartment. Catered for everything, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, even cling film! Only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable but stunning view. Great communication from host too.”

“We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed.”

Superb service, fast reply on my questions and a nice, clean cottage. I was afraid about dog hairs etc when I booked it but haven't seen anything. It was clean and tidy. So much space so no one ever on top of each other.Glorious, exceptional views and all rooms look out to them.Wonderful beach location.So much fun to be had in pool…Hired a Chef for special evening meal, A Yhangry Event. Thoroughly recommend.Memories I think we will all live on for years to come Only negative?Needs more coat hangers! ”
