“The whole property was dirty, the room had a bad smell , carpet and fridge was dirty . My view was a dirty pollen pool .pool wasn’t working . They didn’t check my id or give me a parking pass . Everything was dusty n dirty the curtains and Carpet . Made me cringe end up leaving early ”

“Check out was at 11:00 but being 5 minutes late we got a call that we are late and should be already out of the room. I think that housekeeping called not the receptionist. ”

“When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. ”

“The staff was friendly. That's the only real positive. The room had a bizarre smell, like old cooking oil and damp. It permeated the bedding. The water pressure was an absolute joke. I left a night early.”

“The front desk staff was friendy. I had a miss understanding about parking. Had to pay parking and put a hold on my credit card for damages that i was unaware of. The kitchenette did not have a oven, there were two steps in the room, that i had difficulty with. Couldn't get the TV to work, called front desk they sent someone that fixed it. Negative things about the room that needs maintainence attention is, the dining room chair the rods are out of the legs, the table was so wobbly you couldn't……

“Our room was excellent, better than expected. Clean, up to date. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We went to the gym twice. It would have been beneficial to have a couple of disinfectant spray bottles and paper towels to wipe equipment down after use. Love the available equipment. Should alternate treadmills and elliptical for the view of the ocean.lol. Outdoor pools, hot tubs and beach access were all awesome! Wish the weather was better for our stay! ”

“Overall this was a decent place to stay. We were only in town for two nights. The room we had had a few issues link the sink drain in bathroom was broken so water would drain slowly the stopper had to be lifted manually to let water drain out. Some towels had black marks on them. The bed frame in bedroom was sticking out almost like frame was bigger than mattress and box spring scratch leg on it a few times could be a tripping hazard if people aren’t careful. Other than these few issues we had……
