"The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room."

"Our room was very nice. All of the furnishings were clean and attractive. It was handicapped accessible and everything was very handy. The only problem we encountered was with the TV. We were unable to get it to work and checked with the desk. It was late and we were ready for bed. The desk offered someone to come up to try to fix the problem but we refused because of the late hour. A credit was offered for the inconvenience. Thank you Holiday Inn. Much appreciated. "
