"Our stay at Riad Marraplace was pleasant, and the room and service were good. However, what truly made our experience special was Karim, the morning receptionist. He is an absolute treasure and the real gem of this Riad! Karim is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional, and a true gentleman. His hospitality and willingness to help made all the difference during our stay. "Lovely and peaceful place in the middle of the bustling and chaotic medina. We had room #1 on the ground floor which was large and very nicely decorated, albeit with a somewhat awkward sunken bath tub integrated into the floor in the middle of the room. Watch out if you visit the toilet during the night! We also liked the roof terrace and the breakfast! They also have a small pool there but we didn't use it. Note that as the hotel is in the middle of the medina, you can't access it by taxi. Hence when you arrive, you should call the hotel and they will send someone to trolley your luggage the ~350m from the main road. That said, the location is very central and very close to the Le Jardin Secret and Dar El Bacha. Would we stay again? 100%."
