"Clean room with comfortable beds, Bathroom had soap and shampoo but NO Conditioner, NO Hairdryer. Extra towels available upon request.
Extended-stay kitchen in room had NO coffee maker, NOT even paper cups. NO silverware/plates/glasses, no pots/pans, although note in room says items for kitchen available to purchase. No ice machine available, NO breakfast served in morning (one coffeemaker in lobby but minimal supplies--had to ask for cups).
Safety: Although outdoor and indoor lobby/elevator doors had locks, NO staff available from midnight to 8AM. If problem, we were told to call police/911. Staff present at check-in/check-out were friendly and helpful, allowed us to change to another room when shower control broken, and loud noise from room above our room.
