“This place really sucks, seems pretty nice in pictures but has been neglected, apparently for years. There are things like the balcony light not have a switch, the one of the celling fas not working, a single ac unit for the whole place. For these day and age not having Wifi, seems pretty ridiculous. The kitchen is supposed to be semi-equiped, but there is almost nothing. No cookware not utensils, not even coffee mugs. In general everything is in a very poorly and abandoned state. ”

“Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. “The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Ramon. Everyone went out of their way to improve the experience. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The only challenge was a very bright blue glow from the display on the A/C unit. The pool is small (limited by property size) but nice and clean, and there are food and drink choices right there on the property, though a bit pricey. Jaco is just 300 meters away, a bit of a mixed blessing, but does offer lots of food options. Pricing was……

“Nous y sommes allés pour une escale. Hôtel propre ( il y aurait la possibilité de manger sur place le soir mais nous n’avons pas testé ). L’offre aux alentours à pieds était plutôt fast-food. Nous y étions hors saison et l’hôtel était vide. Petit déjeuner local ou possibilité d’avoir des gaufres. Très bien pour une escale même si peut être un peu cher .”

“We loved our stay at Los Suenos Marriott resort! We stayed 8 nights. Our room was very clean and cleaned every day. We dined at all of the restaurants and the food was delicious at all. The brunch was wonderful! We loved the pool and swim up pool bar. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!”

“The pools were a lot of fun. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher which allowed us to get food at the local market. Self-laundry service was convenient as well.”

“Clean room and steps from the pool. The air conditioner is ice cold and the bed very comfy. We also liked the spacious shower. Pops ice cream is to die for and we enjoyed the short walk to mantas beach where we saw many monkeys with their babies, a sloth and her baby too along with the resident macaws! The pool is clean huge and very welcoming!! We liked the iguanas sunning beside the pool too. We would stay again, very private and abundant wildlife too”

“We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. ”
