“I won't return. We spent 2 out of a 3-day stay in a room covered in dog hair. Communication between management and cleaning staff is not great here. The staff themselves are very nice and accommodating, but this is not a hotel. It feels more like a trendy loft space run by a company that has not fully found its stride.
Main issues:
* Room covered in dog hair for most of the stay
* Poor communication between management and cleaning staff
* Glitter all over the floors and elevators
* Loud music……
