“Everything about the hotel was exactly what we needed.”

“Elevator dirty, sparse breakfast, no face cloths, called ahead to confirm cruise-port shuttle which was NOT available upon arrival. Staff on hand was polite and as helpful as they could be. ”

“It was directly beside our carnival cruise port and within walking distance of a few restaurants. Customer service was good and the room was huge.”

“The environment is good! The accommodation conditions are similar to those of the same type of hotels in other cities, and the price is 2.5 times that of other cities!”

“Accommodation is more geared to younger visitors who wants a place to sleep & shower! Directly across from the ocean was nice! The king bed was comfortable! Room can use as update (flooring in bathroom area needed repair). Location is in close enough proximity to restaurants where one can easily walk; further away you’ll need to drive. Again, for the younger generation, the room would suffice. For older guests a makeover would be more pleasing. Oh, and no cable...”

“If it wasn't for the ocean view I would have asked for a refund. The room was very dirty, toilet, bathroom and floors. Beds and towels were clean. Staff was nice. For 100$ I was very disappointed to have to clean it up! They need better housekeeping!”

“The staff were professional and friendly. The interior and exterior walls were freshly painted and all was clean. We were advised prior to check in that the cable service was temporarily out due to renovation, but the internet was working, and I was able to stream seamlessly on my devices. I would stay there again if I was in the area.”

“We had no experience of, or awareness of pets during our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Instructionsl guest messages posted throughout the property were tasteful and helpful. Facilities for business in our room and common areas were very good.”
