Beach Stay Love offers a short stroll on a path at the end of the street to the dog friendly Culburra Beach. This lovely beach house offers you all the comforts and conveniences of home wrapped up in a stunning beach setting.

Beach Stay Love is a large three bedroom home with three living areas, floor to ceiling glass doors that open out to a covered entertainment area where you can enjoy barbecuing, eating outdoors and relaxing in the six person outdoor spa after a long day at the beach. A hot water outdoor shower and a second bathroom are conveniently located near the spa in the outdoor entertainment area.

The covered outdoor area with festoon lighting makes this area romantic and cosy at night and practical for outdoor dining at all times. The outdoor spa is professionally maintained all year, every week on a week day.

The beautiful gardens are perfect for your little ones to run, play and explore, whether they are the two legged or the four-legged variety. Feel confident that everyone is safe in the fully fenced back garden while you enjoy the easy flow from indoors to out. A large trampoline is in one corner of the yard providing hours of fun for the kids.

The three bedrooms can accommodate up to six guests on two queen beds and two single beds. There are two single beds in the ocean room that can be utilised for extra guests. The area can be closed off with a foldable partition for complete privacy. Quality Egyptian cotton linen, Sheridan bath towels and hand towels are provided for your stay. However, you are required to bring your own beach towels. A port a cot is available for your convenience but we do not provide linen or blankets for the port a cot.

Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans (living area and all bedrooms) will keep you comfortable through summer and winter. A fireplace and a wall heater is located near the bedrooms for cosy winter stays.

The kitchen features a cafe bar perfect for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. Appliances include induction cook top, built-in oven, Nespresso and Espressotoria pod coffee machines, dishwasher, kettle, 4 slice toaster, stick blender and microwave. Beach Stay Love is stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils for your stay. No need to start the dishwasher after every meal because of the lack of cutlery and dishes. Tea towels, disposable cleaning cloths, dish washing liquid and some other cleaning product are provided. You will also find complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and basic kitchen needs like oil, salt, tea, some spices and other extras that are left by the owner or previous guests. We do provide a high chair that converts to a booster seat that is easy to clean.

During your stay, enjoy the several different living areas in this home, offering Wi-Fi, Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, two smart TVs with a DVD player and a large selection of adults and children’s DVDs to choose from. Also available is an extensive array of popular board games, puzzles, quality wooden educational toys, beach toys, outdoor games and books for all ages.

The double garage has a table tennis table and a dart board providing for hours of entertainment for the whole family. There is also a studio at the rear of the yard with a great gym set up for those still wanting to workout whilst on holidays (includes fan and TV).

A secure yard is provided so small to medium non-shedding pets are most welcome. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches and owners are requested to clean after their pets. Please, inform us at time of booking if you do intend to bring pets.

The property is self-check-in and the location and combination for the key box will be provided before your arrival.

Fees:
Standard Cleaning fee is $250 which includes the following:
$125 house cleaning
$25 professionally maintaining the spa weekly.
$100 quality bedding linen and towels for the 3 bedrooms (4 guests included)

Extras
$50 per extra guest for the use of the quality bedding linen and towels.
$50 if you have a pet.
Penalty fees
$100 If the BBQ is left uncleaned.
$25 If the port a cot or high chair are left uncleaned.
