“Well we were told they are about to close and I completely understand. The rooms need to be redone completely, pools need repainting, food needs help, some staff were great some weren't. Rooms... absolutely a NO. My room roof breathes so the ceiling was lifting and coming back down. At first i thought someone was watching me in the ceiling but then realized it was their air system. Sink kept filling up. lamps were filthy and remote. Im glad I bring cleaning supplies every where I go ”

“Papagayo was beautiful, fun, and relaxing. The room was very clean, staff was so friendly and helpful, the beach is beautiful. Tons to do on the resort. I would stay there again! ”
