「Staff was Great. Had to ask for a blanket but easily given. I left an item but they were willing to send it to me for a fee. I really appreciated it」

「Stephan was the most amazing host. He greeted us, arranged the car to and from the airport as well as bike rentals. Follow all his recommendations because they are perfection!」

「Reception especially abrubt and rude. We booked and paid and as we approached her at reception she said she does not have a booking for us.」

「Unhappy staff, slightly arrogant management, and forgot to make up our room for once and the receptionist came up with several excuses for that, instead of rushing up to solve the problem. But this has been satisfying compensated in the end, that's good. Positive points: nice breakfast, beautiful architecture and swimming pool.」

「The hotel is located at isolated place which make it perfect for holiday. the best time there is when I was in the pool watching the sunset. The staff is kind and helpful, but the manager keep saying weird Chinese to us, and the wifi definitely need improved.」
