"This property was beautiful and peaceful. The place was nicely decorated. For the property being pricey, the gravel parking lot and the unloading of luggage was very unexpected. One thing I can say is that we got in our steps while unloading. Next time we will bring our travel wagon. 😅. Other than that we enjoyed the stay!"

"Came to Wilmington for Cody Jinks at Live Oak Bank Pavillion. It was a long walk to the venue, but it was along the river walk so not too bad. Condo was clean and as advertised. Great location with all you need a short walk away. Would stay again."
