There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“Upon first arriving, I was out of breath from how much I had to hike uphill to get to the property. This wasn’t a surprise, since one of the reviews had mentioned it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The first thing I noticed about the room is the walls are very* thin. You will hear other guests and footsteps easily… and when I tried to take a hot shower, my hot water didn’t work. It took a short while to get moved to a new room. I was so tired from hiking Salkantay, I was happy to finally……
