“It’s a beautiful hotel inside a sketchy entrance but the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Everything is new and completely clean . The people are very friendly and welcoming. The location is practical close to San Pedro market and close to the Plaza de Armas . I am very happy with my experience here. Recommend 100%.”

There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. “We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

Durante la estadía tuvimos que ducharnos un día con agua fría porque no había gas; otro día estuvimos sin luz ni agua y tampoco funcionó el desayuno; además, del baño salía constantemente olor a desagüe. “The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. ”
