The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. It is obvious the owners take pride in this cabin and the overall property. You too will notice lot's of attention to small details. In summary, this property way exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning and would not hesitate to highly recommend the Four Sisters Cabin."

"The house had everything we needed, love all the outside eating spaces. Nice to be close to Hippy Chicks and a quick mart. The walk to the river with babies and all the gear wasn’t easy but the river was worth it!"

"This facility is so much bigger than I expected. The cabin we stayed in is not new by any means and they have newer and bigger ones but for what we paid it was an exceptional deal. If you have an RV or motor home I think it would be great for a weeks stay or longer. It was cool watching the deer at sunrise and sunset. Beautiful country for motorcycle riding."

"We gathered here for a mini family reunion and to enjoy the eclipse. The cabin was great and pretty well matched the description given. Property was clean and well managed. We had a great time and would consider Frio Fun properties again. The only comment would be that the stairs to the bedrooms aren't exactly uniform so we had to be a bit careful going up and down to avoid a misstep. Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay."

"The house is in a great location with access to the stunningly gorgeous Frio River. We spent a few relaxing days enjoying the weather and the eclipse. The house was simple and clean and nothing fancy, which is exactly what we wanted. Plenty of room for our party of 6 which included our 5 year old. The property managers seemed very professional and super chill. I highly recommend!"

"This little cabin is exactly what we were hoping for! Secluded, great covered patios in front and back, and back patio is so relaxing! Hummingbird feeder, bird feeders and birdbath all get a lot of activity, plus a great view of the deer, turkeys and hogs when they come out to eat. This place had everything we needed…charcoal grill, cookware, coffee, etc. very clean as well. Buddy the cat was great company too! Definitely would come back!"

"The wife and I took some time away from work to enjoy our 33rd Anniversary. We couldn’t have picked a better spot. Quiet and secluded. Nice viewing deck up the hill and a small pond around back. Enjoyable evenings under the trees and good alone time for us. Home had everything you need and could have wanted. "Excellent place to stay in Concan. Accommodations were as advertised, pool was great and we had friendly neighbors. It’s a separate house not connected to the other two units next door. Kitchen appliances and furniture were a little dated but functional. One of the two toilets clogged on our last day and we reported it to the owner who fixed it within hours (thanks!). Overall I would recommend staying here. Garner State Park which is just down the road was excellent!"

"We had 4 couples and 4 kids, and booked almost 2 years in advance for the eclipse. The Rusty Rio is quaint and what it appears to be....a fun and "campy" spot. The only gripe we had was that when we booked, we filtered rentals that had hot tubs, and hot tub was listed as an amenity. It didn't work, and likely hasn't for many years. When we contacted the host, we were advised that it does not work and never has, and that the amenity listing was an error. With that being said, everything else was...

"This property has a great location. Super close to everything you need on River Rd. It is stocked with the basic necessities. Plenty of space for everyone. Some of the other reviews mentioned the a/c not keeping up. There are notes near each thermostat telling you exactly how low you can go with the temp. I’m 51. 72 is warm for me but the other guests were ok. We were also on the river during hottest parts of the day. It cooled down nicely at night. 😊"
