「The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....

The hotel was clean, quiet, well-lit, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short drive to Main Street, where you’ll find the shops, restaurants, museums, and other attractions. The breakfast was slightly disappointing since the eggs ran out 45 mins before the breakfast ends and was not refilled and you guys need at least 1 protein in that breakfast it was all carbs…」
