Supposedly 5 stars suites but only deserve 2 stars
I stayed over 8 nights with 2 adults and teens. Location is okay only, as most shops are on the south side of the beach, not many near to this hotel. My room facing the un completed site of Holidays in, and could looked errie at night Issues of this hotel 1. Lifts are shared with service staff, long waiting time even in off peak season 2. Mattress in needs of replacement, as for our king beds and doubles beds, all are sinking to 1 side 3. Lobby is shared with another So called Luxury Apartment and was tiny 4. My master bedroom walls are shared with the so called apartments and they are owned by different management, and the Altara staff have little control over the noise created by those guests over 2 nights 5. The slippers provided are not comfortable and seemed to catered to one K country people only, not for other nationality 6. My 3 TV setting are set to Korean, and we have to get service to tune to English, isn't this a international language Positive 1. Service staff overall are very courteous especially the breakfast floor, hardworking and ready to serve 2. Cleaning staff also diligent. If you are of the K race, you will feel at home in this hotel. We will not be back.

The facility has big room and washer/dryer. I had nice stay up until the power outage from 3am until not sure what time. When asked all staffs no one knew what time or when the power will come back. So, we decided to move to the different hotel. We'd checked out around 8am and power wasn't back up then!!! The staff handled the situation well. He did his best! Overall, other than the power outage issue I had a nice stay .

Excellent hotel, best location with nearby walking distance sea food restaurants. Excellent hotel, best friendly services started with Ms. Nguyệt and front desk staff to Ms. Hạnh the bartender at Altitude Bar. Even though the breakfast staff provided tentative services, the menu variety selections could use some improvements. Overall, an excellent hotel with a Living room, Kitchen/Dining and full washer/dryer in room for two bedroom setup is a must for a complete vacation.

We booked and paid for 4 ppl and they insists on only giving us 3 room keys. My sister had to argued for the fourth key twice… Pool was rooftop which was cool, fried rice was delicious, cocktails was poorly made. Surrounding the hotel was nothing. You’ll have to walk at least 15 mins for the first store. Then ten mins to get to the beach because there was a fence so we couldn’t get to the beach until the entrance of the fence. Most rooms bathroom are good for couples because it is see through with no privacy… it’s beautiful for couples just not family…

A wonderful family holiday
My family had a very pleasant stay at Altara Suites. It took us less than 5 min to city centre by Grab car. The building and rooms are well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast provided choices for both adults and kids. We definitely will stay here again.

Great location near the beach. Friendly staff overall….attentive when needed help with little things. We had a great stay at this apartment as a family. Getting taxis and food etc was super easy as the building is well knows and very near the beach. Would recommend to anyone….thanks team Altara

Apartment great and very clean. Realistically possible to self cater in the apartment. Lots of convenience shops nearby. Good food options a short distance away. Breakfast buffet excellent and the staff there are outstanding. Unfortunately the view of the apartment was obscured by a giant 40 level apartment mega complex being constructed next door. Beach is across the road. This end if the beach is not nearly as pleasant as further East, up the beach. Still best part of the beach is only 10 min walk away.

Value for money
My family and I stayed at this hotel for four nights last week. The price including breakfast is value-for-money. The rooms are big and the staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the gym room facilities. Others travellers have commented that the elevators are a bit slow, which is true. It can take 5 minutes for you to get on one in peak hours, but that’s fine for me. Also, the bed is a bit soft but it’s also acceptable for me.

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with stunning view at the first night! Room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. I moved into a two bedrooms apartment when two friends and also amazing! All the staff are super nice and welcoming, made our Vietnam trip unforgettable! Sorry forgot most of your names but we will always remember the joy you brought us while staying at your hotel. Yummy Breakfast was served at the 32th floor with great view. The staff in the restaurant were great as well, Linh was the wonderful waitress who looked after us every morning!!! 10 out of 10 hotel!!!

General comments.
It is a building with hotel rooms and residential units. Bad lift traffic design, huge comparison with the ground floor lobby and the main reception lobby. Room is clean and everything in a good condition.

Observed a difference when just checked out from another true 5-star hotel in the same building. Condition of the lobby and room is not 5-star although the Apartment claimed itself as Luxury. The balcony and view from it are the best things. Cleanness is great. Breakfast is just so so. Roof top Swimming pool is great.

Super Nice Stay
The location is superb. Near to the beach. The room also very spacious. Breakfast buffet serves large variaties of good taste food. Highly recommended.

Property is not at good location for swimming on the beach because is kind of dirty. The room is nice, hut the elevators are very slow.

The room is spacious. Still some service fault as we have been waiting for our bags in the room for an hour (made a phone call to urge) until I personally came down to talk to the staff. Yet staff is sincere and trying their best to give you their best service. Considering the price it is still recommended

Great apartments, with the most comfortable beds we slept in the whole trip (maybe ever!). The rooftop pool and view is amazing. We were disappointed (and surprised), there is no pool bar or food available on the rooftop. It’s such a great space to have an afternoon drink by the pool watching the sunset!

Air conditioning was visually non-existent in the hotel and it is turned off in the rooms when they are not occupied. Took 2 days to get the temperature down to 20C in the apartment (although one bedroom never dropped below 21C). Hotel said it was working fine. Pool stops serving drinks around 2pm apparently. Breakfast is not worth the $$ - mediocre food and poor service.

New hotel close to the beach
It’s still wuite new and there are constructions in the hotel and outside of the hotel. Both gym and swimming pool are ready. The room we stayed in is Apartment no.8 and it has very partial sea view but it is quite big. In terms of cleaniness, overall it’s satisfying. But we found some around 10-20 small flies in the bathroom. And there were some tiny dirt spots on one of the pillow cases. It is very close to the beach, I would recommend this hotel to my friend, maybe a little later when the construction works have all completed. However, there were small problems where the hotel said when we booked the hotel that they would contact us to confirm us on whether we would be able to get a certain room type, however, they didn’t. And the hotel didn’t set the room up with a promised birthday cake for our friend, since this was a birthday trip for our friend. It was quite disappointing in terms of the service provided by the greeting receptionist and his attitude was not friendly of what a welcoming staff should have. Overall, it was nice but with more training for the staff and less constructions onsite, it would be a better experience.
