L’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel toujours est très à l’ecoute pour la moindre question. Chambre faites quotidiennement et aux heures s’il le fallait à notre demande. Aucune mauvaise note à leur attribuer.

Sauna war nicht vorhanden bzw. untervermietet und es wurde an der Rezeption nicht empfohlen.Strasse wurde direkt vor dem Hotel aufgerissen.Fruestueck mangelhaft: Ein waessriger Saft, manchmal keine Milch und kein Kaffee verfügbar.Fuer teilweise 40 Personen nur eine Kanne auf der Warmhalte. Kein Safe im Zimmer.

나홀로 또는 같이 여행

6일 있었고 창문없는 방이였어요. 하우스 키핑을 조식 먹을 시간에 해주는 특이한 곳이였지만 받지못하면 오후에 다시 해주거나 전화로 가능한 시간을 물어봅니다. 8층 엘레베이터 바로 앞 방을 사용했는데 아침에 스텝들 소리로 너무 시끄러워서 이틀째 아침에 프론트에 시끄럽다고 말했는데 그 때 대답은 ‘어쩔 수 없다’ 였지만 그 날 부터 아주 조용해졌고 그 다음날 저에게 잘 잤냐구 물어보더라구요. 그날부터 푹 잤습니다. 아침 조식 수는 별로 없지만 계란 맛있습니다. 쌀국수도 맛있습니다. 스텝들이 매우 친절해서 좋아요. 해변에 갔다가 젖은채로 돌아와도 괜찮은 거리입니다. 주변에 한식당이 너무 많아서 처음에는 여행자로써 실망했는데 몇일 지나니까 한국식당 있는게 넘 좋았습니다. 마트도 바로 옆에 오케이마트라고 한국 마트 있습니다.

Clean and Value for Money

We booked 2 nights but room was not ready (some areas of the bathroom was faulty at the last minute) hence we were being transferred to another hotel for 1 night. Service provided by the staffs is very good. However, the hotel that we were being transferred to is not very ideal. Hopefully if such things happen again, they will transfer the guest to a hotel of similar standards instead of similar price. Overall, Hoang Sa is a nice, clean hotel and is value for money as breakfast is also included in the price when we booked.

離沙灘和一般的景點不太遠

整體員工服務很好，有禮貌，房間舒適，餐廳環境在頂樓，景觀較光猛，感覺舒適，酒店還可以提早入住並不用收額外的費用，這點給我們住客帶來很大的方便，她們還送點小禮物給離開的住客，我感覺洒店很有心思，我會介紹給其他的朋友住這酒店，如果他們到峴港旅遊

Walk to beach

Really young staff and exceptionally good at their jobs. Go beyond to help in any way they can. Almost all things can be booked at reception. Can not speak highly enough about all the staff. Made it the best hotel stay I have had in any country.

Superior Budget Hotel with Friendly Staff!

I stayed 10 days at this property. Ignore all the ridiculous star ratings found on some websites; this is a budget hotel; but a very good one! I booked a superior room which was fine but lacks a window. After 2 days I got upgraded to a deluxe room on the 8th floor with good views. The window makes all the difference. Staff is friendly at this property and always acknowledge you when you walk past the reception. Breakfast was fine; mostly Vietnamese style and they try make something special out of it. All in all for a budget hotel everything was smooth and fine, just don't expect any amenities and service that might come with false expectations due to the 4 star ratings found on some hotel booking sites. Location wise fair at most,halfway between the beach at alacarte and vincom plaza. I walked to Bach Dang road most of the days in 20 minutes but walking over the bridge in daytime can be pretty exhausting. Taxis are about 2 american dollars to Bach dang road so is inexpensive. Again nothing really to fault with this hotel all was good and excellent price value. Recommended

Personal Experience with this hotel

Staff are friendly and helpful but within their limit due to communication problem. Breakfast served cold as there is no heating provided. Very noisy during my stay, many china tourist as they made a lot of noises during morning and night as they keep slamming the door loudly without being considerate to others who are staying on the same floor. Toiletries are not replenished daily, I have to call to request for additional. Distance to the beach about 15 min walk, best to watch sun rise (a must)...don't be surprised that many local are already up doing their daily work out at the beach.
