Everything was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and location was excellent. Breakfast service was definitely not American friendly from a menu standpoint but overall it was a very nice stay.

Staff was very helpful with planning tours, arranging airport transfers, currency exchange and where to shop especially Hannah and Nancy. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Location was perfect right across the beach but easy to use grab to visit other places. Will stay here again!

Great location across the beach, clean rooms, staff helpful and friendly especially Hannah and Nancy with organizing tours and changing money. Good equipment in gym not just cardio. Breakfast buffet had a large choice of items.

The property was good for the price. Staff were wonderful and they were very happy to help us. I like my tea very hot and each morning the staff brought me a very hot cup of tea. We stayed there for 28 days. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great but we were aware that we were going in the wet season.

A comfortable hotel with a good location.

I enjoyed my stay. First the location is the best! swimming pool and breakfast were good for me. But the only problem is the shower room had poor drainage, so water flowed outside and the towel I used to dry my feet got soaked.

The hotel sent a greeting WhatsApp when we booked, and another nearer the time. They were willing to help with trips and taxis. They passed on messages from tours we had booked. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Long made us feel very welcome. She remember us on our second morning, recalling our room number. She made a point of speaking to us during breakfast.
