“Jorge provided almost everything you could think from kitchen appliances,snacks,coffee tea and bathroom accessories. We actually meet Jorge and he is a fantastic host, he made sure we were comfortable and was excellent to communicate with. The location was fantastic for our needs and plenty of shops nearby. We would definitely stay again.”

“This was the perfect stay for my daughter and I. We were close to USF for a campus tour and not super far from Busch Gardens. The beaches were a bit further, but that was not the purpose of our trip. The only thing that wasn't clear to me is that the place is attached to the owner's residence. It's private, and you don't cross paths much, but they are right there. We didn't mind, but others might. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Nice cozy one or two person studio apartment. The host was very easy to work with and the apartment was clean, comfy and easy to access. The bed was a little firm for our liking. We appreciated the little things that made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.”

“I gave this a 5 stars as it was convenient, everything is included in property. Overall property is clean EXCEPT 1 of the bath towels has a stain on it. Have to wonder if its clean or not. I used the towel anyway, but my wife was grossed out. The only other issue was there were a ton of bugs at night. I understand that is normal in FL as I am a native of FL, but owner could provide some sort of bugs repellent. A lot of mosquitos went right inside when we went inside the house. I killed……

“The walls are VERY thin between rooms, and getting there at night was a nightmare, it was so difficult to find the parking without light. There should be at least some sort of path that's obvious to follow from where you enter through the hedges over to the parking area.”

“Stayed one night while visiting Sun N Fun Expo. Unit is one of two in detached free standing building on residential property. Easy to locate off main route 98 couple miles from Interstate 4. Route 98 has plenty of food offerings with Wal Mart on nearby corner. Felt safe with cameras on parking area in nice residential neighborhood. Unit is newer construction and nicely supplied. Tiled flooring throughout with beautiful bath and shower. Kitchenette set up with full size modern……
