“I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Inn & Suites in Dothan with my family of five. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it was clear the hotel takes pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. Traveling with a family can sometimes be stressful, but the cleanliness and comfort made it feel easy and relaxing. One of our favorite parts……

“Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud.”

“We had a roach in the bathtub. Sheets weren’t clean. They forgot to wash laundry so no-one had towels. There was underwear hanging from the back of the bathroom door. The list goes on. It was just nasty.”

“The room and the facilities are old, even the bathroom is not very clean and the internet is not working well. The breakfast was very simple. I thought it isn’t a good place to live if you don’t play golf.”

“My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. There were loud, disturbing noises and fighting outside the hotel room around 3 AM, which made it very difficult to sleep. Upon arrival, the room had water on the floor, and the TV was not working properly. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I was not satisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“(I was told they should be getting a remodel in about a year from this posting as of 6/29/2026.) We were visiting family, so we didn't visit the restaurant or bar at all, but I've heard it's good though. The staff were all friendly and helpful and gave out free, warm, walnut chocolate chip cookies whenever asked for. They have an "Incidentals" hold of $50 in case you want something from the lobby or elsewhere in the hotel. The selection was ok for convenient things to purchase in the lobby. The……

“I usually stay at a Hampton or a Hilton because they are usually clean and well maintained. Our first room was still dirty with the door propped open and they beds stripped and no housekeeping till the next day. They moved us to another room that was supposedly clean. I cleaned the counters, floors, and bathroom before staying there. The pool was dirty. Keys quit working numerous times during the day. I usually don’t care about anything except a clean space but this was not it.”
