“Parking was fine. The room was horrible. Great that we had a kitchen, but the beds, both the murphy bed and the sofa bed were SO uncomfortable. Both of them felt as if you were sleeping on direct springs. For the cost of the stay, regardless of the room choice, I would have thought there were more comfortable options. Never once was our room cleaned or were we even brought more towels. Staff at the front desk (the two ladies we spoke with) were not kind at all. I know they were busy but they……

“First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. The reason i posted just okay is in your listings you say washer and dryers and fitness room . Also on some websites, it shows it is suppose to have an indoor pool and it does……

“The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet……
