"Probably the most convenient hotel to visit Greenwich, few minutes walk to Cutty Sark, short walk to the other attractions and pier for the Uber boat. Welcoming staff, spotless and quiet rooms."

"We booked for my birthday in January. Arrived late evening. Lovely lady on reception very friendly and polite. Our double room had a window with river view. It was very clean and spacious with sofa, tv, tea and coffee facilities, Coffee machine and 2 bottles of water. A lovely card with a birthday message and box of chocolates on the table. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too. Had a drink in their bar area. Views of 02 from the deck is lovely. We had breakfast included which was very nice, good variety of hot and cold food and drinks. All staff are all very polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again. "

"Such a beautiful hotel, and the entrance to the O2 was a big plus. The bar tending staff at night were friendly and top notch. "

"Nice clean room, a little cramped, didn’t realise we were in an accessible room. The bathroom was a wet room based unit. There was little space to put toiletries or makeup products. Lighting was poor for putting makeup on, and a mirror over the desk area would have been better."

"Parking was adequate. They went out of their way to help with cutlery when we had to bring a takeaway home."
