Beach Condo

We had a week vacation at this condo. Location was handy for all activities we found to do. Condo was well cared for and owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Would love to come again!

Great spot

Perfect for our family. Spent the entire day on the beach. Great spots to eat just down the road. Woke up and went to bed sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean waves. Robert was super helpful and responsive.

Great location and extremely nice condo

We visited for a long weekend and were taken aback at how nice the property was and how well it was maintained. There was some construction on the building, but did not interfere with our stay. Owner was very good at communicating with us and checked in with us to make sure things were great. I highly recommend this property.

hope we can book another stay there was all around good. you have designated parking spot so you don't have to search for parking they have chairs boards umbrellas and other stuff for beach

Perfect property for Daytona 500

My husband and I stayed here with another couple, and it was perfect. Check in was seamless, and there was ongoing communication with the owner to ensure we had a great stay. The condo offers plenty of room for four people and is very clean..

Great Vacation

Beautiful clean condo. Robert was great to work with. There were plenty of household items for use, beach chairs, toys, umbrella. The view from the balcony was the best. The beach and pool were not crowded, overall great stay.

Spacious & Family Friendly

This property is the most spacious condo we've ever stayed at beachfront and we sure did enjoy the extra room to move around. We were traveling with our 3 children ranging from a teenager to a toddler and the big kids loved the game options while Mom & Dad enjoyed the convenience of a high chair & pack n play already being on site. The master bed is also the most comfortable one we've ever slept on while traveling!

Absolute perfection!

This property was exactly what we were looking for as we made our trip to Daytona to visit family. It offered the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 and was so cozy! The beach views were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning walks on the beach. Robert was excellent with communication and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly. We will definitely be back to this property on our next visit down.

WONDERFUL Thanksgiving Get A Way

We have stayed at this property for years, but was unable to book our regular unit. This condo is just a beautiful as the pictures show. We had a small hiccup with the code for the door, but Robert was very responsive with a solution. The unit had everything we needed and was super clean. Robert was a great host and was very prompt in getting back to me when I had some questions before we headed down. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Vacation Backup

We booked this property because our timeshare was damaged. Robert was very thorough with communication. The property does have construction going on during the week for now. But was communicated through the listing. The pool and beach are right there. And was an easy walk to the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again. It was quiet and family friendly.

Great condo and location. The property was under renovation due to the hurricane in 2022. Only negative was the washer/dryer was not just for the condo. It was for the floor. Property owner was great and communicated well.

Pleasant Vacation

Very nice condo, even while under hurricane construction. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds and clean. Washer and dryer was inconvenient not being in condo, but is located outside door In hallway. Good parking in garage with area for beach items. Be sure to take your own beach chairs or you will need to buy upon arrival. They had 1 really good chair, so that was nice. Owner had excellent communication with quick response when needed.

Perfect Vacation

From booking to check out, the process was seamless. The unit is beautifully decorated and maintained. We loved the beach and the pool. The balcony views are breathtaking. If I had to list a negative, it would be that the pool was not open until after 11 am on most mornings, but this was because of necessary pool cleaning and maintenance. We so appreciated the garage parking and assigned parking spot. When you book this unit, you need only pack your clothes and personal necessities. It has everything else you could possibly need. The owner is also absolutely wonderful to work with. This was our first time using a vacation rental company and won't be our last. Will definitely book again for our next trip to Daytona Beach!

Truly amazing condo

Robert is amazing to work with. Made the whole process so easy, the view is phenomenal. Easy to get in and out . Doors to slide out are a bit hard to open but Robert said it’s going to get upgraded soon. Can’t wait to come back and see this upgraded even more . Only small hiccup is pool gets opened 11am instead to said 7am and the keys to the beach and condo if they get sand on it it’s hard to open this has nothing to do with the stay or room but as whole I think a upgrade to the lock or something could be in place like a key pad or something more newer. Also there was some renovations going while staying there waking me up early. But again nothing Robert could do . Condo was clean and had everything to make it a fantastic stay in just sharing the small hiccups. Thanks again Robert.
